Refund policy

This policy applies to orders delivered in the United Kingdom. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If you live outside the UK, any mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you remain unaffected.

Change-of-mind returns

You can request a return for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

For online orders, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you cancel under this right, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. No 10% restocking fee applies to a statutory cancellation. If the goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, we may make a deduction reflecting the actual reduction in value, where the law allows.

For change-of-mind returns made under our extended 30-day policy after the statutory cancellation period has ended (days 15–30), a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, where permitted by law. The fee is calculated on the price paid for the returned product and does not apply to goods that are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described.

How to start a return

Before sending an item back, complete our online return form below.. We’ll provide the return instructions and address.

To exercise your statutory 14-day right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You can use the online form or send us a clear cancellation notice by email or post using the contact details below. You do not have to use a particular form to preserve this right. After notifying us, send the goods back within 14 days.

Please include the product and any parts or accessories supplied with it. Pack it securely and keep proof of postage.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return postage, provided we informed you of this before your purchase.

If your item arrived damaged, is faulty, is incorrect or is not as described, contact us before returning it. We’ll arrange or reimburse reasonable return postage, and no restocking fee will apply. Please include photos if you can; this helps us understand the issue but does not replace your statutory rights.

Refunds

For a statutory cancellation, we’ll refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we’ll refund only the standard delivery cost. We may wait until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you’ve sent them back, whichever happens first.

We’ll issue refunds to your original payment method. Statutory refunds will be made within the timeframe required by law. For returns under our additional days 15–30 policy, we’ll process the refund after receiving and checking the returned item, less any applicable 10% restocking fee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us. We’ll explain the next steps and provide the remedy you’re entitled to under consumer law. This may include a refund, repair or replacement, depending on your circumstances and legal rights.

We will not charge a restocking fee or make you pay reasonable return postage for these cases.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different product or colour, return your item under this policy and place a new order. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of consumer law.

Free gifts and promotional items

If your order included a free promotional gift, please return it with the product when making a change-of-mind return. For returns under our additional days 15–30 policy, if the gift is not returned, we may deduct its advertised value from your refund where permitted by law and where that value was made clear in the offer terms.

No gift charge will be applied where the return is for a faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described product, or where doing so would limit your statutory rights.
